ideas to keep brain active during fall break....

my 5 year old niece is on fall break (from preschool) all week. i usually have her do crafts (construction paper cutouts of rainbows, pumpkins, ect that she glues on construction paper) but it's getting old fast. any ideas to keep ehr busy (and out of my hair!!!) this week? she's grounded from coloring (apparently she likes to color on the walls) so no coloring projects.....
