I identify. To this day - I cannot sleep if my ear folds on the pillow and nobody - not husband, child, or dog, is allowed to play with my ears, especially if it means bending them in the opposite direction.
I have always had this 'thing' that if they (ears) are bent in a direction they were not designed to go in - they will STAY THAT WAY!
