Thanks for your insight. I really don't think my 7 year old knows what suicide is and has never talked of killing himself. He will say the medicine does "nothing" and we often have to try different ways to get him to take it. Some things are an option in the house, but medicine is not one of them. He is a very picky eater so to get anything in his mouth is a chore. Thank goodness for good therapy! (for both of us)
