Which of these B Complexes?ChristEmpowered+Others?

Hello guys,

I have to choose between these two B Complexes. I have been taking the "Basic B Complex" by Thorne Research for years. However the german one is cheaper and more readily available in Germany. I like that brand because it strives to deliver the nutrients as naturally as possible.
