I can't find a product here (Canada) with less than 268 mg (400 iu) d-Alpha-Tocopherol plus other mixed tocopherols and Tocotrienols.
You are taking a much higher dose of EPA/DHA than I am. I take 2000 mg/day (1500 EPA, 500 DHA). Have never noticed any effect on my mood, but continue it anyway for other health benefits.
Were you advised to take 10g EPA/DHA and have you noticed any effect?
> I take 10g of EPA/DHA. If you take much less, you won't need that much Vitamin E. Don't buy into the fearmongering concerning vitamins. If you dose it reasonably, you should be fine.
