I've been using this for two months now, and I like the results I've been getting. Tefillin improves circulation and decreases inflammation.
Since I started using it, I've been sleeping more deeply (and dreaming more) and my mood has been better. An unexpected but welcome side effect of tefillin is that there has been much less hair in my shower's hair stopper the past two months. Tefillin has reduced the amount of my hair that falls out in the shower by about three-quarters.

I wear it for 30 minutes every two or three days. Tefillin should be 1/2 inch wide and at least 15 feet long. I got mine from here:
