my only problem with plant supplements is that they can mess with blood levels of daily psych drugs. that's one reason i've opted for Orthomolecular. that and cost...my current line up costs maybe $50/month, and that's mostly the massive vitamin C dosage, and its a lil bit more, since I like time release.

but...to each their own. :-)
