Well, the winter is coming soon so i would say during the winter i get almost no sunlight at all.

I stopped D3 in the summer.

I did feel last winter i had very little seasonal affective disorder when i took the D3 which was great. The winter used to always set me back miles mentally.

I took 20 000 IU twice a week so about 5 thousand IU a day.
