Thanks for your reply. I think it's too bad that the uridine monophosphate ultimately didn't seem to be worth taking because of the breathing problems that it gave you, but I'm glad that you've found that l-theanine and n-acetylcysteine both seem to be helpful for your akathisia. I certainly hope that by taking l-theanine, or perhaps NAC, you'll be able to keep your akathisia at bay.
Also, thank you for letting me know that you seemed to get a different response to uridine (more cognitive enhancement) when you took it with high-DHA fish oil and choline than when you took it alone. I will keep the combo that you mentioned in mind if my vitamin D3 trial ends up being mostly or completely unsuccessful in the long run or if I feel the need to augment my current regimen (which includes D3).
