Yes, but the two could conceivably be different in terms of effectiveness. I know that there's some thinking that glutathione might not cross the blood-brain barrier, which might limit its usefulness as a supplement. I think that NAC does cross the blood-brain barrier, and I sometimes wonder about the extent to which the therapeutic benefits of NAC may be due to its acetyl group (I'm thinking that it could be used to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and that that may be beneficial for some individuals).
