Magnesium Citrate

I suffer from chronic neck tension. Have tried muscle relaxants and even valium with no relief. My neck muscles are always tight and stiff, which causes pain and even head tremors. Does anyone think that "Natural Calm" a product with powder form Magnesium Citrate and Calcium can help with this muscle tension? I appreciate your help in this matter.
