Since I'm taking the ca mg for osteoporosis I take the 2:1 ration and 200mg mg for chronic constipation. I've never found either to help either depression or anxiety. I think I'm over 1000mg of calcium a day. Women different ratios and doses. Why do so many take centrum? Phillipa
