I know the right amount of good omega 6 is necessary to balance out omega 3s. I'm sure you already knew this.
Don't know much about oleic acid other than it maybe being good for hairloss. It appears the right amount of all the essential fatty acids could be beneficial in this way.
That's interesting about oleic acid, thanks for posting this. Could you link the study? Maybe I'll do a quit search.
Looks like olive oil is one of the best sources of oleic acid. Other decent sources are sesame oil, borage oil, black currant oil, and nuts.
