How much magnesiumglycinate?

Posted by webcat63 on January 18, 2009, at 2:14:42

How much is proper amount to correct magnesium defiecienccy? Hairanalysis showed severe deficiency in magnesium, calcium, lithium and boron. Aminoacid analysis showed severe deficiency in tryptophan - no wonder I am depressed! Other symptoms are; insomnia, irritability, fatique, lack of motivation, lack of concentration, social phobia etc....

Now I am taking enzymes, probiotics+b-vit, L-tryptophan 600mg/day, magnesiumglycinate 600mg/day, Evening primrose oil 300mg/day, zinc 15-30mg/day. Am I taking too little? Should I take bigger amounts?
