Also, it is very important to determine the correct dosing schedule and the correct dosage for each nutrient you take. For instance, I load my Vitamin E and Niacin at bedtime because I cannot tolerate either of these two vitamins taken during the day. On the flip side, I can tolerate Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1, calcium, and zinc taken in the morning. Again dosage of each nutrient is important. Too little of a nutrient, and you won't get a good response. Too much of any nutrient and you might feel worse. It's a matter of trial and error. With the minerals calcium, magnesium, and zinc, I tend to break my dosing schedule up. I'll take my calcium and zinc during the day and my magnesium at bedtime. However, everyone has different nutritional needs and some people might benefit from taking all three of these minerals during the day. Dosage is very important with minerals. Like I said, too little and you won't get a good response. Too much of any of them and you might feel worse rather than better.
