I have been using a somewhat weird yet most effective method to quit smoking.
It is a set of sound frequencies that one listens to for five minutes each time one feel for a cigarette instead of smoking it. Though it appears to be a simple Pavlovian method, the unusual point here that after three days the need to smoke has dropped dramatically.
I cannot really grasp how it works, but it sure does the job fabulously.
