Looking at the list of supps, I guess anything is possible. But if I had to point out any one single offender, it would probably be the tyrosine. I think I can guess your reasoning for taking it, but maybe cut the dose in half or down to a quarter. I swear, over many years in several forums, I have seen maybe only one or two people that did well on tyrosine, out of hundreds. Common complaints were edginess, agitation, fear.
Maybe try replacing it with DLPA at 100mg to 250mg per day. I am not aware of any clinical studies of any success with tyrosine. But DLPA had two studies way back in the 1970's with very good results in doses of 100mg to 250mg per day, being less effective than tricyclics week 1 through week 3, but as effective at week 4. Quality of sleep also followed the same trend, being not so good early in the trial, but very good by the end.
You could also cut the B complex in half and double up on the niacinamide.
SAMe fits nice into the overall picture.
There might be a lack of serotonin in the mix, so 5htp could play a role, anywhere from 5mg to 50mg per day.
