Dear Lao

Thanks for your message. I have started taking my oils earlier and it has made a difference. Still not sleeping as well as I would like and I can't remember the last time I woke feeling refreshed and ready to go. I am going to take a leaf out of your book and see if that makes some sort of difference. The antipsychotic I use to take had me sleeping like a baby but they don't give that to me anymore. Bit of bad luck that!
