Well, they've thrown everything but the kitchen sink in there, haven't they? ;) It's possible that it all may have a synergistic effect. You won't know unless you try it. It's also possible that you may have an unfavorable reaction to one component and then you won't know which one it is. But that would be a lot to try to duplicate adding them one by one yourself. It also looks pretty pricey -- $80/mo, and would a one month trial be enough, or would you need two or more? Supplements are generally not like drugs, in that they may take a lot longer as their effects are often more gradual.
