Lithium Orotate

I am interested in Lithium Orotate, but i don't know anything about it. I Greatly prefer a natural med to a synth one. Is Lith-Oro really dangerous? If not, how does one get it? Also, what is the usual starting dose? I would have to taper off of something else first....
