What about lithium orotate? Seems like a good all around beneficial supplement for psychiatry as well as other things.
I like your thought-out strategy with supps. I mean, most people just pop a B-complex daily, but you choose specific B vitamins and specifici times for each. I agree with you on the fish oil too. I felt worse on it the whole time (2 years), I just got so accustomed to it that I dind't know it was the fish oil doing it. Your dose of ACLAR is low, but I know that stuff can feel strong. Do you know clinical studies used doses of 1000mg to 4000mg? Geez. NAC does lots of stuff. It is even a decent microbe killer for certain bad bacteria. On the flip side, it can be harmful for someone with excess mercury from amalgam fillings because the sulfur in it stirs up stored mercury but doesn't hold it tightly all the way to excretion, so worse poisoning. Some people at chelation forums do ok with it but most not.
