100 mg isn't very high if you have multiple supplements.
1) what will cause your body to burn-off more B6? will heavy exercise? aerobics? weight training?
2) seeing as so many mental disorders are associated with 'low' levels of B6, obvious-guy would see the need for higher intake amounts as sometimes being quite necessary.
3) my mother has neorapathy in her feet and has mentioned that high B6 intakes years ago may have contributed to it. any comments? corrective measures?
