Yes! It helps rebuild and protect brain cells.

I've read about studies showing that SSRIs may do something similar to fish oil (but maybe not as safely) - in that it helps regrow brain connections.

I have to say, though, it was not enough for the child I know and it took years for the doctors to figure out something as simple as she needed thyroid hormone.
