Thank you, you have been very kind in your responses. I felt better tonight after jogging. I had this energy that needed to get out. I hope it dosen't hurt my sleep, not that that has been very good. It did lower my anxiety though.
I got some skull cap and it seems to work ok. Not sure about passion flower.
I feel I am on the fence and can go either way. It is so hard. Fish oil seems to cause anxiety in me and sleep problems. I don't know if there is another oil that would help??
