LOOPS is so right too :-)

the theory, well I don't know, it sounds plausible though. I think our "instincts" guide us in healthy food choices well.. except we get led astray with sugars/fats/ carbs/processed foods and eating it caus its available I guess :-) I know I am influenced more than I would care to admit by smells :-)
Still for natural foods like veges, our instincts may be a good guide

You know my son will ONLY eat sweat and sour pork in Chinese, and I found I wasn'r wiped if i eat this with rice, but I'm wiped with any other Chinese food...then I worked out about the thiamin in the pork balancing the white rice...made sense.
I can eat Chinese if I add thiamin (or white rice in a small qty, but if I dont add it.. I get wiped:-)

I also got my post meal blood sugar spikes down with thiamin and reduced all peripheral neuropathy and diabetic-MS-like side effect/symptoms and fatigue, hopefully now I wont become diabetes type 2.. but i guess its early days anyway.

I'va also and glad it helped you, cut down on my thryoid meds needs(T4 and armour).. but that could be from nodule stimualtion from the whiplash and physio and redemial massage etc..too early to tell as yet

Nice to hear from ya Loops
