I don't know Phillipa, but one 6-oz glass of their regular green tea has about 45 mg.

Another thing that may be of interest to you is that green tea is supposed to have lots of flouride, which can potentially interfere with thyroid function. Others here know much more about this than I, so I'm just relating this info fyi. Peace...Saturn.
