Should be impossible if it's the vitD part of the supplement as vitD has a really really long half life.. designed that way so the summer sun lasts us over winter.. well almost over winter, some tend to run low near the end of winter and I love my top up in Sring from the sun.
so you shouldn't be able to notice a one day withdrawal.. or even a one month withdrawal, at least in theory
