Hey everyone, i have never eaten fish as the smell, taste and the fact it comes from water i used to pee in as a child really puts me off. Bottom line is i will never eat fish. I have issues with depression, anxiety and mood instability which have been linked with low intake of omega 3's. My lack of eating fish through out my life could very much be a link to my current emotional issues. I think, however, it has more to do with my diagnosis of borderline personality disorder. anyway... i'm not willing to pop a whole lot of fish oils everyday on top of my current regime of escitalopram, chlorpromazine and carbamazepine. I'm wondering if perhaps i were to take a larger dose of fish oils maybe once or twice a week with a meal to supplement for a meal of fish. does anyone know what the recommended weekly intake of fish is? also does anyone know the average intake of fish oil per serving of fish? any information would be much appreciated.
