> KlavotIt depends more on the content of the meals themselves, rather than the dosing schedule. Uptake, and thus net bioavailability, is proportional to bile released from the gallbladder. Both fat and protein stimulate bile release, so unless your meals are all similar in protein and fat, target the meal with the highest proportion of those two gallbladder stimulants.
BTW, I love poking around Pubmed for information before I post. I discovered that bone density and calcium uptake are correlated with DHA content of diet, but not with EPA. I didn't know that. Perhaps that's why estrogen contributes to bone density in women, as estrogen promotes DHA formation from EPA.
