As Bryn indicates, those herbs are not recommended if you're breastfeeding. You'll pass chemicals on to your child. Chamomile is the only one that comes to mind that I know is safe during breastfeeding.
I have no faith in homeopathy, so I cannnot advise you there.
You could try taking some taurine. It's an amino acid that has powerful calming properties for most people, and it would not present any toxicity issues. It's found in beef, for example (thus the name, from taurus). A couple of grams of taurine help me out a great deal, if I'm feeling anxious.
