Whole Foods carries it (Gaia Herbs and Herb Pharm (Pharma Kava) brands). http://www.iherb.com has a few brands, too.
I've tried the Herb Pharm and Gaia Herbs brands, and I definitely prefer Gaia Herbs between the two. It's more expensive, but also more potent...so it works out.
