In this case, the garum is made from the guts of Blue Ling (Molva dypterygia). The garum is dried to a powder before encapsulation.
Any beneficial attributes of this stuff? <shrug> There are studies showing that people improve when taking it. Here's the product "abstract", such as it is: http://www.allergyresearchgroup.com/proddesc/discuss/StabiliumPDFProductSheet1105.pdf
Note that the dose is four caps, and the packages are thirty caps. Could be an expensive trial, but at what price should we find wellness? I'd sure be interested in any anecdotes or experiences with this stuff, myself.
The best price I found is at Iherb: http://www.iherb.com/store/ProductDetails.aspx?c=Herbs&pid=ARG-71150
