Sam-e tianeptine

Hi,
has anyone tried this combo before? I'm thinking this might be quite effective for depression/anxiety. Since tianeptine if you like recycles seratonin, and sam-e increases the amount of available neurotransmitters.
Which brands of sam-e have people used? Do you think the quality varies between brands? Which brand is supposedly best?
