I've actually been taking between 750-1000mg per day for qiuite some time. No diarrrhea but I'm not constipated either
it never even occured to me that it might be helping my depression. I'll definitely be looking into those sites you recommended. I took the test and scored about a 46 - but it says to subtract 15 if you're taking at least 600mg so that brought it down to approx 31
