Tiagabine (Gabatril) is a GABA reuptake inhibitor. It is very unpredictable when given to people with mood illness and anxiety disorders. Physicians have been using it for anxiety and insomnia as well as experimenting with it as a mood stabilizer. It very often produces agitation, anxiety, and irritability. I've heard of other weird stuff happening.
