Have you had an allergy test conducted to see what your food allergies might be?
I ask because my son ( who is autistic ) used to have frequent panic attacks and severe anxiety and we found out he has an allergy to gluten and dairy.
When we eliminated those from his diet, his anxiety totally stopped ( and panic attacks) and he is much happier now and healthier.
I would suggest trying an allergy tests.
I've read a ton of info on how food allergies affect our mental state- in fact, our local news recently did a broadcast on how some people with bipolar are simply having allergic reactions to foods and they gave personal testimonies of these bipolar people getting their food allergies under control- oddly enough, their bipolar went away and they no longer need medicine.
I think we'd be surprised to know how much it does effect us.
I'll have to try inisotol. I was on Mannatech vitamins that had it in them and I did seem to notice a difference in myself as well.
