sublingual 5-htp vs. caps/pills

Posted by zefdie on June 15, 2006, at 2:55:43

I've read posts here by Larry H. and elsewhere about tryptophan being favorable to 5-htp, as serotonin in the peripheral system isn't sych a hot idea. I'm wondering if sublingual 5-htp might bypass this effect. I've used 50 mg sublingual tabs and found them to work much better than pills.
