I use Neuro Programmer, I don't have version 2. I tried the demo but I'm sticking with version 1. I have used bwgen as well which is good if you want a free method.
I generally just use it for getting to sleep sometimes. I don't find it of much use if you are unduly worried and can't sleep. Then the mind just seems to override everything. You have to experiment a bit and find something you like the sound of with the type of brain wave state you are trying to induce. Some of them sound like torture techniques rather than relax you hehe.
I plan to experiment with it for longer to try and help with anxiety.
