can you tell me what taurine seems to do for you? it was so cheap i picked some up just cuz people were talking about it here.
the one thing i noticed is it seemed to promote speedy digestion (i'm guessing because bile salts are made of taurine).
i think i also saw that taurine inhibits adrenaline?
just curious of folks experience with it.
