I tried picamilon just once and it was so weird. I tried two ultra small doses spaced a few hours apart being careful. It actually brought me close to a panic attack. And for some strange reason it made me have to go pee about every 15 minutes all day. No relaxation from it at all. Then the next day I woke up feeling like I had lost some of my memory, couldn't remember what day it was, foggy, felt stupid.
