Yeah, QM, in the lower doses it didn't do too much at all, and higher doses made me agitated. And some of those things work for me. Theanine seems to suit me at 400mg whenever. I could eat it by the spoonful if it was cheaper. Maybe Beyond a Century is the way to go? The LEF theanine is fairly expensive.
