Hiya all,
Just at the moment, I seem to be running through a relatively good spell (which comes on the back of one of the worst spells I ever had curiously).
I'm currently a fortnight into my abstinence of white tea and its associated caffeine - I now drink black decaff coffee - and abstinence of milk. I do still use butter and some cheese so not sure if my experiment is perfect but there you go.
Supps currently taken include a crude multi vitamin, a bit of Vit D, a couple of grams of inositiol, some bilberry tincture for my eyes and siberian ginseng tincture as a mental boost.
Anyway, the two things which continue to irritate me are my inability to absorb and learn new material and my appaling short term memory. As an example, I can put on a song which I learned the lyrics to 20 years ago and apart fromt he odd mistake can recall and sing along to the song if I was to play it now, but a song I play now VERY reularly, I simply cant learn the lyrics too nomatter how hard I try. Same goes for memory recall. I can recall equations I learn back at school a coupleof decades ago, but can't tell you what I ate for dinner last night!
Any help with supps which might help me out here would be very much appreciated.
Thanks friends.
TJ
