Dont know much about it, but I have just been reading about Turmeric, the spice, which has pain relieving properties. Safe and cheap.
Also, phenylalanine. You can get d-,l-, or dl-phenylalanine. I cant remember if the d- or l- kind is more helpful in this way. Take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Id start at a low dose, no higher than 250mg. After awhile its actually supposed to take LESS to maintain the same effect. Its supposed to work better with folate (folic acid).> Hey, just wondering if anyone knows of anything to take for pain? I have chronic back and neck pain from a severe car wreck back in the eighties...anyone have any good ideas? I'm also on Parnate, so some things I can't take.
