Thanks Blueberry-that was very helpful. what do you link about the safety of: Choline, DMAE, Lipoic Acid, DHA, Taurine,Inositol, L-Carnatine Pregnenolon and Phosphatitidy. I trust your opinion and I am tired of suffering so i'm looking for ways to help the parnate work well and not poop out. I love Parnate -took it in '97 and felt GREAT, but it pooped out after 2 1/2 mos. Hey I really appreciate your help. Hope you're doing well.
