I'm vegetarian so yeah I wouldn't eat seal oil. I also don't eat fish oil the only Omega 3 I can eat is ALA. I've seen vegetarian DHA but it's expensive.
I'm probably not getting all the Omega 3's my body needs being vegetarian, even with some conversion from ALA.It's interesting that you mention Blackcurrant Seed Oil is 4 times more effective at raising EPA than Flaxseed Oil. Could you provide a link? I would be interested thanks. I'm wondering how it works it must be conversion from ALA to EPA? If so why is it 4 times more effective?
