In trying to get the dose right, I measured 3/4 teaspoon uridine with a mass of one gram, put that in water, and drank it without any ill effects.
For the Omega 3, I am trying 48 g per day (flax) in combination with the 1g uridine. I know that the 71 mg/kg from the Harvard study equates to a higher dose than 1g uridine per day (somewhere near 5 or so), but I'll give this a shot for a while.
Last, I'm not sure that this uridine (the nucleoside form) isn't metabolized by the liver in its "raw" form, and that anti-depressant effects wouldn't be realized unless ingesting a different related molecule (uridine monophosphate, for example). More research and I'll figure that one out.
