Oh man...it tastes disgusting.
I use oil paints and it tastes like I just ate a tube of paint.

I bought some linseeds ( not the oil) ...they're not so potent but I find chewing a couple of tablespoons gives me some energy and they taste nice.

I'll continue with the oil and cheese..YUCK! and see how I feel.
