That's a decent list of natural anxiolytics. I would take some of that information in that article with a grain of salt however. For instance, it says that ALL agoraphobics have dry skin. That's just not true. I'm agoraphobic whenever I go off of medication and since I was a teenager (I'm middle-aged now) I've had oily skin.
