I tried rescue remedy before which never seemed like it worked, but I never tried it every 5-10 minutes for an hour. Definitely interested in trying that. But for one month, even though I am only to take the new remedy I am taking for one week, it is meant to be working the entire month, and you can't take any other remedies, drink coffee, use anything mint. They told me I might feel worse also at first, and that's called an "aggravation" which they say is good because, something like it means it's working. Anyway, I just feel a little under the weather, but not really really sick. Just like the beginning of a cold, and the booklet says it can be hard to tell if you are getting sick, or if it's an aggravation, but you usually figure it out in the next few days. I don't know how yet! But I'm looking forward to my sore throat going away! It says it can take awhile before the remedy takes effect for what it's working on (for me, mainly anxiety, but I also go through really down times) and also take a benzo. If that info does anyone any good, very glad to answer any questions!
Take care, Maggie
