SAM-e question

I'm just wondering whether it is absolutely necessary to purchase the Nature Made brand of this product. I found SAM-e online made by a company called Jarrow that is much cheaper and appears to be in the same format as Nature Made (individually wrapped pills, enteric coated, etc.). Do you think that this brand would be just as effective as the NM? Thanks.
